So hi. I made this divine smoothie for lunch. Didn't take a picture but it was so good I wanted to share my super secret receipt with you guys.
Super Smoothie à Anni
1 dl of fat free curd
1 dl of unsweetened soy milk
1/2 banana
1 dl of blueberries
a handful of fresh spinach
1 tsp of matcha powder
Mix'em and ENJOY.
For more sweetness add for example one teaspoon of honey.
It's yummy and healthy.
Did I mention I was a health freak?
